Owner Comments:
The 1930 P issue had a mintage of 6,770,000, on the low side yet the issue is fairly common unless it has Full Bands. This example has great surfaces, luster, and strike making it a very nice 64FB, probably a gem if not for a bit of smudge toning one the cheek.
