Here it is the holder not the coin. The rare Gold CAC Sticker on a 2nd generation NGC "Fat" Holder. This is the first of the white inserts that would become the standard for NGC (the 1st generation holders were black). Also note this was the last NGC holder to lack a hologram/sticker on the back.
