2009-D Jefferson Nickel MS66 w/6 FS!
These business denver nickels had their fairshare of nicks and marks on them
in this year.Trying to find a close to mark-free coin is a real challenge. These
2009-D Jeffersons had a mintage of 46,800,000.These represented the lowest mintages
for circulation since the year of 1959'. The economic condition slowed down coins
within circulated issues for that reason.
In 2009 Jefferson nickels is not only a important low mintage issue,but is also
considered a condition rarity as well. There hasn't been any that reached the MS67
level at the Ngc Registy yet.
The Satin-Finish type versions of the 2009-PD nickels were struck and considered
a separate issue by most collectors and major grading services.

NGC has certified a total of 140' where (39) reached the MS66 Level with 6 Full-
Steps,,,none higher!
