Outstanding SUPERB GEM PF 68 1942 Mercury (Winged Liberty Head) Dime in a new NGC holder. This coin is bright white with an ultra sharp strike. In 1942 the Philadelphia mint produced just 22,329 of these 90% Proof Silver Mercury dimes. Most of these coins graded to date are at the GEM+ (PF 66) level or below.
