Owner Comments:

This is an 1880-O VAM 4 Top 100. The variety is distinguished by the 80 over a 79 in the date, and by a small O mint mark on the reverse. The VAM 5 is similar to the VAM 4, but has a large O mint mark. There are only 3 graded in the GSA soft pack as VAM 4, this coin being the finest at MS63.
