Purchased on 6/23/2012.

This is an NGC Generation 8 holder, with the rather uncommon "T" designation. While the coin does not have a lot of toning, the NGC 8 holder is quite difficult to find as it was only produced for about 4 weeks in Aug/Sept 2000. The grading of this nickel predates the 5FS designation by NGC, but it is clearly not a candidate for FS because of the flatness under the 3rd pillar. Still a lovely coin, with a lot of character.
