Very nice SUPERB GEM PF 67 1942 Washington Quarter Dollar in an old NGC holder. This coin is bright white with a nice sharp strike. In 1942 the Philadelphia mint produced just 21,123 of these 90% Proof Silver Washington Quarter Dollar coins. Most of these coins graded to date are at the GEM+ (MS 66) level or below.
