Owner Comments:
This is an O-115 R1. Rather darkly toned. The die crack stated in Overton from the bottom of the date up through the stars is not present, so this must be an early die state. The Obverse was used on the O-114 first, and did not have the crack. This obverse also has a dramatically re-cut T and Y in LIBERTY.
