Very few marks---a very decent strike--but maybe a tad short on "luster"---"not" a dipped coin however. In my estimation, could have gone a MS65---maybe will resubmit one day. Certainly, a PQ coin for the 64 grade IMHO. I praise some coins while knocking others---fair and honest balance.
