Tied with the top in MS65PL with none graded higher 7/0. This cameo Morgan shows a nice powder frost on the obverse devices reflecting against the prooflike fields. It looks like the face of Miss Liberty is floating on water. The rims have a slight golden tone that give it that antiquity look. A super eye appeal coin.
