Owner Comments:

A highly original looking 3-legger with subtle lavender and rose toning. The luster is just so-so, as with most examples, due to die errosion. Mint state specimens remain in collections and are hard to find. Most collectors know the story behind the three-legged variety and much has been written. This is the coin I helped my dad search for as a boy in the late 1950's. It is also the inspiration for my first set to collect.
