DDO, RPD (URS-1) Fletcher-103, dies A, IIb. Minor DDO at the amulet and a more noticeable RPD. Great original skin and color which is what attracted me to the piece to begin with. Bought from one of the greatest gentlemen & traditionalists in the business, my friend Quinton King. I bought the 1868, 1869 wide date, and 1882 from Quinton at nearly the same time, and they were all part of the same previous collection. They had obviously been sitting for a long time in a card board album and graded in NGC's very early days.
