RPD (1866/1866, URS-4), Fletcher-07. Neat repunched date, but not the most dramatic variety for the date. A nearly flawless strike, few marks, but the luster is a bit subdued from the golden cast. Coins like this today are dipped in order to earn a 65 grade.
