Not one of the more attractive coins in the set, this appears to be a coin that was worked on prior to submitting for grading that got past the graders. Graded MS65RB although low-end for the grade. The strike is soft and the surfaces dull and drab, certainly one to replace down the road. In an NGC 6th generation holder.
