Owner Comments:

Rose colored toning with splashing of sea-green on the obverse and reverse. Very well struck on the obverse with die clash noted in the fields, however no damage or distortion noted on the devices from the clashing. The reverse also has strong die clash marks. Most of the small stars are fully stuck.
