Owner Comments:

Felix Schlag beat out 390 competitors (for $1000.00) for the right to have his design used for the new nickel. Orignal drawings show Schlag used a side view of Monticello however, the Mint had him resubmit for the frontal view we now have. NGC count for MS68 6FS - FIVE! (1 Nicer) If there was such a thing as 7 Full Steps, this one would have it. Outstanding coin.
