This was the final year of circulation strikes for the 20-cent piece. Only proofs were struck in 1877 and 1878. This coin has great surfaces and details, especially on the feathers and wings of the eagle. All star details are also clear due to the sharp strike...But I wish this was an 1876-CC! :)
