Owner Comments:

The obverse of this coin is an even gun blue color while the reverse has hints of blue. There is what seens to be a small lamination at the rim below the right arrow at the date. The lowest horizontal line on the shield appears to be doubled though I can't see any other signs of doubling on the coin.
