A splendid gem cameo Proof 1913 quarter with frosted motifs and mirrored fields that exhibit rich, bold brilliance. A superb gem Proof from a mintage for the date of 613 pieces. Of the survivors from that mintage, the present coin is, far and away, the finest cameo Proof seen thus far by NGC.
