Owner Comments:

Designer, engraver, Robert Scott had to enter by hand the 13 stars above the eagle's head. On one reverse hub, he entered 15 stars. Rather than discarding the die, he enlarged the two end clouds to hide the extra stars. The points of some stars can still be seen protruding from under the clouds.
