This is an incredibly attractive piece for the penultimate year of coin production in Charlotte. While the eagle is slightly mushy from extensive die rust, it is actually much better than average. The obverse strike quality is quite good, and both color and luster make the coin stand out. This coin fittingly earned the coveted "plus" designation form NGC.
