I cracked this coin out of an old Hallmark MS65 slab. When I sent it to NGC I thought it was an easy MS65 with a shot at MS66. I was quite surprised to see it come back MS64.
I have another Rhode Island in an NGC MS65 holder. It has no tone, similar luster and more marks than this one. I like the "lower grade" one better.
