Owner Comments:

Purchased on Ebay in March, 2015. This coin is typical for MS66 grade given by NGC but does have 5 full steps. The reverse of Monticello has an unfinished look to it even though the steps are full. This coin will represent this slot until a truly magnificent full stepper is found.
