Perfect Ultra Cameo, This Phenomenal Jefferson nickel receives the very highest recommendation for eye-appeal and quality. The Contrast does not get better than this, thick snow-white frost smothers the obverse and reverse. Spot-free, haze-free, jet-black fields are a perfect backdrop for the incredible cameo devices. This coin is definitely a candidate for NGC Re-grade and possible PF 70 UCAM designation. At time of purchase only 172 graded PF 69 UCAM. TOP POP
