Owner's Description

1910 is a difficult date to acquire in most grades, and extremely difficult in Uncirculated. In reality, more difficult than the 1909, but not as well known as a semi-key date since the Dinero and 1/2 Dinero are common for the year. The price guides to give an appropriate premium. Overdates: 1. 1910/00 I have not seen the overdate. It exists, given NGC has graded one. Availability: G-VF: Very Scarce XF-AU: Very Scarce 60-62: Difficult 63-64: Rare Population Report (Jan 2015): NGC: 1 in 58 (1910/00) PCGS: 1 in 64 (Normal Date) Total at both services: 2; 1 in Uncirculated Value Guide: 1972 Almanzar/Seppa: F: 1.25 VF: 2 XF: 3.25 Current KM: 1910: VF: 25 XF: 40.50 UNC: 80 1910/00: VF: 25 XF: 55 UNC: 115 The 2009 guide had the 1910 at 25 in UNC and 35 for the overdate. It's good to see KM increasing the digits for a coin this scarce, but I just don't think it's trading at the 80 level in low grade UNC yet. It is hard to price this coin above XF since so few coins some to market, but the couple of low end raw UNCS that I have seen have sold for below $30.
