Medal (Token), 1930, BR, OCTAGONAL CALIFORNIA GOLD RUSH DOLLAR ($50 SLUG), DAYS OF '49, Pointed 4 Variety, W/Loop, United States, California, So Called Dollar, J-630, HK-UNL (502A Variant), NGC MS64, Cert# 3001022-005. Unlisted in Hibler-Kappen. The earlier of two variants for this design, which shows the Great Seal of California on the obverse with the Humbert eagle design on the reverse. Attractive. Almost certainly from the Jankovsky Collection of California Slug Facsimiles.
