San Antonio, Hemisphere 1968 World's Fair in legend around edge, Map of TX boundary in middle, and inside map, Buildings, Tower extending outside Map, Very Attractive Token or Medal. Technically a Medal since it is not a good for token and designated as a So Called Dollar. Unlisted in HK since medal was created after publication date.
