Medal, 1959, Silver-Plate, (antiqued), PENDLETON ROUND-UP, OREGON STATEHOOD CENTENNIAL, United States, Pendleton, Oregon, So-Called Dollar, HK-567, NGC MS62, Cert# 3101550-016. Designed and Issued by Umatilla County Numismatic Association. Obv. Cowboy on Famous Bucking Horse, trade mark of Pendleton Round-Up Association, original drawing 1924 by Wallace Smith, artist and writer of western scene; Rv. Covered Wagon, in center, Mountain (Mt. Hood) in background, 33 in star over mountain, Oregon Statehood, 1859-1959. These Issues are notoriously difficult to assign a grade to because the finish was an antiqued silver-plate application which looks similar to hairlines.
