Set Description
I was putting together my Signature Millennium Set and I realized that a lot of the coins I was buying fit also into the 2000 Millennium Mint Proof Set. <br />Hence, I might just as well build this set too.<br /><br />I will also do some research into the types of coins that I am putting into this set and put it in their respective descriptions. <br />So far I have my Lincoln Penny, F.D. Roosevelt Dime, G Washington quarter, and J. F Kennedy half dollar researched. <br />It is a very interesting stuff - I like history connected with these coins.<br />The Jefferson Nickel research is completed. <br />The set is finished. <br /><br />I purposely switched images of the obverse with the reverse of the state quarters. Since the bust of George Washington is always on the obverse of the State quarter and there is a different reverse for each State of the Union.<br /><br />I was surprised that it took me only a couple of weeks to put this set together. It is the set comprised of first perfect American coins released in the new Millennium :). <br /><br />The set was started and finished in January 2007. All of the coins were bought on E-Bay.
