Owner's Description

1893-S $20 MS63 NGC. Rose-gold surfaces radiate vibrant frost that combines with a strong strike to make this San Francisco twenty dollar gold piece highly appealing. Small reeding marks on Liberty's cheek pose minimal distraction. Small die lines appear near the lower reverse border. The 1893-S has a mintage that approaches 1 million coins, but better-preserved examples are rarely offered. NGC has only seen 22 finer submissions (5/16).
