Owner's Description

First year of the portrait design noted for the inverted mint mark and assayers initials. Slabbed purchase from the June 4 2015 Heritage Weekly World and Ancient Coin Auction, Lot# 231523. Unlike many high grade examples this one is a well struck example with full luster -- significantly undergraded. Quite unusual to see a quality 8 reales appear in a Heritage weekly auction.
