Owner's Description

Ok, I know, everyone said this one was common. A quick look at the population guides tells a different story. I bought this one raw from a dealer in Israel on a hunch that it would grade out and it didn't disappoint. I don't like taking chances on a raw coin from a foreign land but this one worked out. Still lucky!
