NGC Census + PCGS Pop.: 65 total; 10 at MS-63, 11 higher.
Type 1: "sin barba" ("beardless"). Portrait of Alfonso XII at age 18. Engraved by Gregorio Sellán.
DEM = Diaz, Escosura, Mendoza.

Note on Census and my NGC MS-63 example: I submitted a different 1877(77) Alfonsina from my collection -- one that PCGS graded MS-64 (Certification #04395171) -- to NGC for Crossover at Same Grade, but it failed to cross over.
