Owner's Description

Mintage: 1,032,744.
NGC Census + PCGS Pop.: 10 total; 1 at MS-62, 2 higher.
Type 2: "con barba" ("with beard"). Portrait of Alfonso XII at age 23. Engraved by Gregorio Sellán.
MSM = Morejón, Sala, Mendoza.

Not as uncommon as 1882 or 1883 but still hard to find. Only a few rim dents hold back this well-struck example from a higher grade.
