Owner's Description

Although not as rare overall as the 1894-S, the ’95-S is rare in high grades. There are only four MS63s with five “grading events” higher. The current example has a flashy appearance with highly reflective satin luster. The color is khaki gold with rose gold highlights. Like most San Francisco mint issues of this period, the strike is very good. Purchased from Ron Karp.
