Owner's Description

Winter Variety One. This is a crusty original coin that exhibits dirt in the denticles on the obverse and scattered throughout the lettering on the reverse. The color is green-gold with reddish highlights evident. The luster is soft and satiny. This example has a weak strike at the centers which primarily affects Liberty’s curls on the obverse and claws and arrow feathers on the reverse. Purchased from Doug Winter.
