Owner's Description

Bass Pedigree. Winter Variety 40-GG. This variety is rare. There are a few moderate hairlines in the fields (not from cleaning) but this piece is solid for the grade and much better struck than usual with nearly full detail seen at the centers. There are two light copper streaks in the planchet, as made; between stars two and three and down from star ten. Purchased from Doug Winter; ex Bowers and Merena 10/99: 1085 (Bass II).
