Owner's Description

Winter Variety 2. This '43-C has a characteristically strong strike on both the obverse and reverse. It has a rich orange-gold color with a frosty obverse and very reflective surfaces on the reverse. There is a "hit" on the chin which limits the grade. This coin was previously in an NGC MS62 holder. Purchased from Doug Winter. Images courtesy of PCGS CoinFacts.
