Owner's Description

This coin is an vast upgrade at MS62 from my prior coin for this date, which was VG8. A fantastic coin that is the only 1883-CC in a GSA soft pack in uncirculated condition, and the highest graded for this date. This date, so common in the GSA hard pack, is very rare in the soft pack, with only 5 coins graded.
