Owner's Description

This coin was rejected from grading by NGC due to an old cleaning. I did not know it, but another CS member told me that these type of coins could still be added to a registry set, just no points. So here it is, a very rare date with only 1 coin for this date graded in the GSA soft pack. I hope to still find one that will grade, but this will have to do for now. Hey NGC, please start grading all GSA soft packs, whether damaged or not, just give them a NET grade, similar to the way you grade currency.
