Series I, The Ox, Gilt Version, Strange how they issued the last 3 years in advance. No Colorized Version of this coin was made. Those born in “The Year of the Ox” are said to be steadfast, reliable, goal oriented and a strong companion. These Silver Lunar Ox legal tender coins contain .9999 fine silver. The obverse displays an image of Queen Elizabeth II and the reverse an image of a ox depicting the Chinese Lunar year.
