*** This 1964-D Jefferson Nickel had only (9) coins graded higher at NGC and none higher at PCGS. This Is A Well Struck Denver Minted Coin! Due To The Recent Popularity Of The Newer Nickel Series, these older coins are getting tough to find and becoming very popular. The Jefferson Nickels are highly collected for a number of reasons, with the 1st- being the release of the new nickels of the last few years. Everyone is trying to complete the set of older Jeffersons. This particular Nickel has been slabbed and graded by NGC, one of the most respected grading services in the industry at MS-66. I hope that the scan of this coin gives you an idea of its true quality. This coin would make a great addition as a part of any Jefferson set.
