Owner's Description

This MS-65 with "Full Bell Lines" is a hell of a coin. It is "Brilliant" as they come with no distracting marks whatsoever. With this slot going "MS-65 FBL" I am slowly chipping away at the few slots that need to be "up-graded" to 65's with the full bell line designation.
