Owner's Description

This first year of issue at the Denver mint coin has some very nice "golden" rim toning on the obverse from 10 0'clock to 2 o'clock. Same on the reverse from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Mintage while still fairly low rose to 4,028,600.
