Owner's Description

1885-CC GSA $1 NGC MS 65. This coin has spectacular white luster with a brilliant cartwheel effect. Only a minute difference in the number and impact of the contact marks as compared to my other MS 66 GSA Morgans. In the original box with certificate. Hand written note on the certificate says "Purchased form the US Govt. at a cost of $60. Signed with initials PJW.
