Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) and its member companies are committed to your privacy and security. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

While you use our site, we automatically track certain information, including the URL that you came from when you entered our site, which URL you go to once you exit our site, and your IP address. Many sites automatically collect this information, and we use it to help assess demand for our services and to assist in diagnosing problems that may arise with our systems efficiently distributing information. Your IP address is used to help identify you.

When you join the Collectors Society you provide us with account information. This information is kept secure on our server and can be accessed only by you, and in certain instances, by authorized employees of CCG and its member companies. Outside access is not allowed. For your safety, your password is encrypted and stored in a separate secure server. Employees of CCG and its member companies may use your contact information to send periodic mailings or other correspondence. Your personal information is never provided to third parties.

If you choose to post messages in our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback for other users, we will collect such information about you as you choose to disclose. If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. If you do not change your account settings, other members may send you private messages either on the Collectors Society site or our message boards.

If you participate in our Registry Set program and do not obscure your sets, the collectibles that you enter along with their certification number, grade, and any images or descriptions will be seen by all visitors to our website. You may choose to obscure your sets to prevent visitors and other members from seeing your collectibles.

This site contains links to other sites. CCG is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Public area privacy. This site will make, at its option, chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Security. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information is accessed only through secure servers using SSL encryption for the protection of our customers.

Opt-Out. We provide members the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from CCG, its member companies, and third parties. You may unsubscribe from many emails by clicking the opt-out link at the bottom of the email. After becoming a member, you may also opt-out at any time by clicking the Email Preferences button in the Control Panel.
