Top Pop. Graded coin 952556-012 was originally attributed as WRPM-004 (Coneca RPM 9) by Daniel Griffin of Wexler 11-2021. NGC did not recognize the variety at the time. NGC then recognized the variety and it was sent in with the Wexler paperwork. NGC attributed as VP-015 (RPM-007) ref 6867686-002, not VP-017 (RPM-009). Ok, still Top Pop 1-2024.
