I bought this coin on 1/16/2007.Population 1 of 642 as of 1/2007. Silver proof mintage: 856,400. Starting in 1992, the US Mint began issuing Silver Proof Sets annually, which contain dimes composed of the pre-1965 standard of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. My coin is an example of one of these coins.
