Only a quick glance is required to appreciate the outstanding merits of this flashy, fully brilliant specimen. The field-to-device contrast exhibited on each side is especially significant, although not designated as a a cameo, considering the year of production, as far less emphasis was placed on desirable cameo effect in the early part of the 20th century than was taken just a few years earlier.
