This comes soooooooooo close to a FB, but ..........
It is an absolute beauty. Under a 30X microscope, you see what might be a double "0" in 1940. This is a definite keeper even if it doesn't fit my criteria of being a FB dime.
The one thing that really bothers me with TPG's is if it is an error and it is not asked to be graded as an error, they won't tell you it is an error. You may have a coin that is worth many times more than what you think it is worth.
